Got a really nice and fresh room, plus breakfast was spot on just like we expected. 👌 We were pleased with having coffee and blackout blinds in the room. Everything we asked for, this place delivered. 

The service was good with parking onsite. The location was handy, minutes away from River Nidd Waterside Walk. The hotel was located about 5 minutes walk from centre.

It has bright spotless rooms, that come with the bathroom and clean towels plus queen bed.

This venue offers a romantic stay with a beautiful setting near a restaurant for both dinner and breakfast, along with friendly and knowledgeable staff, providing a really enjoyable experience.

I loved staying in this beautifully designed place. Absolutely perfect and efficient location.- The breakfast was free of charge with yoghurts, honey, and marmalade.

The room was extremely pleasant and tastefully decorated with a particularly nice view over the garden. All the staff was hard-working and friendly, efficient, and we had an early check-in.The location close to Waterside in pretty 

This place is incredibly comfortable, offers private parking, and serves delicious local food in the restaurant.

Everything was really good during my business trip. The location was ideal and exceptionally nice.- The private parking was onsite.- It's approximately a 10-15 minutes' walk from The Bear at Carriages, where I had a nice meal once or twice. 

We loved our spacious double room with a beautiful spa shower in a superb central location near the River Nidd and bus stops to Harrogate.

The variety of food for breakfast was incredible. The hotel boasts a good and absolutely perfect location near attractions, the town center, a fantastic Indian restaurant, and Knaresborough.- It is an excellent spot for those looking to visit the River Nidd Waterside Walk.

We found a nice restaurant in the heart of the town where the food options were great, and everything we tried was delicious. 🍽️

The breakfast was plentiful with sausage and mushrooms. The team was incredibly nice and kept the space clean.- The hotel's position was particularly good, near Waterside, a rainforest, the train station for York, 

The hotel is romantic and homey. The staff are exceptional and incredibly nice.- The services are marvelous, including a great pool.- The location is very central, close to restaurants, bars, and beautiful attractions like Knaresborough and Mother Shipton's Cave. 

The views over the garden were pleasant, the location was picturesque and quiet, excited to visit again after refurbishment, and the bed was very clean.

had an amazing weekend in knaresborough and found a cozy little hotel with great staff and convenient location. got free dessert for my mom's birthday and exceptional service. we loved the pool area and the gardens must be beautiful in summer.
